Mr. Alex Hazan. President & Chief Executive Officer (Age 55) Mr. Hazan arrived to the UnitedStates In the early eighties after completing a distinguished and honorable service In one of the Israeli Army’s most elite units.

Since arriving in the US, Mr. Hazan has experiences consistent success as a self-made entrepreneur. Mr Hazan created and financed one of the largest Home-Improvement companies In the Los Angeles metropolitan area with over 30 employees. He the expanded his Home. Improvement company to Include a successful Real Estate Development and Construction company. In the mid-nineties Mr. Hazan branched Into the Entertainment Industry by forming Silver Cloud Productions, which successful! produced and financed several multi-million dollar Independent films.

Mr. Hazan also founded MIM TV, Israel’s leading 30 animation production company, developing a large DVD library of Children’s programming and CD-ROM Interactive Games. Mr. Hazan also funded and managed the Introduction of a private label product called Ying Yang Vodka.

In 2005 Mr. Hazan turned his full attention to the rapidly expanding functional Beverage market. Since then Mr. Hazan has been Involved In sales, marketing and leadership execute roles In the beverage lndustry.

Mr. Hazan was appointed director and officer of Royal Spring Water (public trading co.) In 2005. In the last few years he has been hyper-focuses on Functional Beverage Research & Development creating the Ideal foundation products and infrastructure to successfully launch NatureBev, Inc. in Q1 -2014.

The main focus was developing the new ALKAKRISP natural alkaline beverage. Mr. Hazan’ s formidable experience in successfully marketing to consumers as well as his excellent business relationships, domestically and internationally, will prove invaluable In securing markets.
